Allison Sweenie

Allison Sweenie, LCSW, MAC, is a seasoned professional in the field of behavioral health, currently serving as the Behavioral Health Program Manager and Behavioral Health Quality Improvement Initiative Lead at CareSource since August 2019. From July 2016 to June 2022, Allison held multiple leadership roles at The Georgia Society for Clinical Social Work, including President and Executive Board Member. Prior experience includes roles at CARF International as a Behavioral Health Program Surveyor and at Optum as a Facility Based Care Advocate. Allison has a robust background at DeKalb Community Service Board, where positions ranged from Director at the Winn Way Mental Health Center to Clinician/Therapist at St. Jude's Recovery Center. Academically, Allison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Social Work from The University of Georgia.
