Amber Salyers

Amber Salyers, PHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a focus on talent acquisition and organizational development. Currently serving as Manager of Talent Acquisition at CareSource since June 2018, Amber has previously held roles as Human Resources Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Partner, providing strategic HR guidance and collaborating with hiring leaders to identify key candidate qualities. Prior to CareSource, Amber spent nearly two decades at The AES Corporation, where responsibilities included leading the Talent Acquisition team and managing recruitment across various business units. Earlier career experiences include roles in recruitment and project management, along with operational responsibilities at VacuPanel. Amber holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Wright State University and has completed leadership development programs at the University of Dayton.
