Annette Johnson

Annette Johnson, CPCS, has extensive experience in quality improvement and credentialing within healthcare organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Quality Improvement at CareSource since April 2017, Annette collaborates with various departments to enhance the quality of care for infants, children, and pregnant women through quality initiatives and outcomes monitoring. Previously, Annette held positions at Delta Dental Insurance Company as a Credentialing Supervisor and at MCS as a Risk Manager, where responsibilities included supervising credentialing processes and ensuring compliance with regulations. Additional experience includes serving as the Corporate Manager of Medical Staff Services at Regency Hospital Company and managing credentialing workflows as the SE Regional Credentialing Manager at Great-West Healthcare. Annette holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on Criminal Justice from the University of Florida.
