Birch Dunford

Birch Dunford has over two decades of experience in application security and development, currently serving as the Application Security Manager at CareSource since May 2005. In this role, Birch created and manages the Application Security Program, overseeing application threat and vulnerability analysis, static source code analysis, and application security testing. Previously, Birch held various positions at CareSource, including Application Development Consultant, Manager of Web and Mobile Application Development, and Senior Application Developer, leading significant web, web service, and mobile application projects, as well as developing frameworks still in use today. Prior to CareSource, Birch worked as a Software Engineer at Com-Net Software, focusing on building and supporting custom hardware and database implementation for Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
