Catherine Harrell

Catherine Harrell, MSW, currently serves as the Disease Management Program Lead at CareSource since January 2023 and is a Team Member at Idaho Mountain Search & Rescue since October 2022. Previous experience includes a Health Guide role at MOBĒ from March 2017 to January 2022, where skills in motivational interviewing and behavior change were applied. Catherine held the position of Improvement Initiatives Project Manager at Contra Costa Health Plan from April 2010 to April 2019, focusing on quality improvement and staff training. Additionally, experience as an Instructor at Axia College of University of Phoenix involved teaching cultural diversity courses, while earlier tenure as a Medical Social Worker at Vanderbilt University Medical Center included psychosocial assessments and intervention. Catherine holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Davis.
