Charlene Patterson, BS, has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as an Associate Market Liaison Support Services Analyst at CareSource since October 2014. In this role, Charlene resolves provider benefit issues, conducts comprehensive research on market escalations, and provides root cause analysis to improve processes.
