Daniel Noel

Daniel Noel is a seasoned Behavioral Health Professional with extensive experience in mental health services. They served as Program Director at Central Clinic from 2011 to 2015, where they developed a Medicaid Health Home for individuals with severe mental illness. Their previous roles include Senior Mental Health Counselor at the Sacramento County Mental Health Treatment Center and various positions at CareSource, including Team Lead and Community Care Liaison, where they coordinated care for high-risk Medicaid members. Daniel holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Dominican University of California and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Allegheny College.
