Dawn Shanklin

Dawn Shanklin, M.S., aPHR, currently serves as an Employee Relations Partner II at CareSource since June 2022. Previously, Dawn held the position of Director of People Operations at Noodle from January 2020 to June 2022, contributing to digital transformation in higher education. Dawn's extensive experience at Sterling from May 2006 to January 2020 involved roles such as HR Generalist, Team Lead, Engagement Manager, Director of Applicant Management, Director of Research, and Implementation Associate, where responsibilities included managing the employment life-cycle and leading client accounts. Dawn holds a Master of Science in Administration of Justice and Security from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Criminology from Cleveland State University, and a Graduate Certificate in Security Policy Studies from Notre Dame College.
