Deb Hoeve, PMP, is an accomplished program and project manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale projects and integrating business operations. Currently serving as a Program Manager and Business Integration Manager at CareSource since December 2015, Deb has been instrumental in developing strategic plans and managing the implementation of various healthcare models and wellness programs. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager positions at both CDK Global, where project management focused on Dealer Services Software Solutions, and Standard Register, overseeing software development projects for major clients. Deb's career began with positions in the United States Air Force, where financial management skills were honed, followed by diverse roles across various industries that demonstrate a strong command of project management methodologies, including PMI and Lean/Six Sigma.
