Enver Karadayi

Enver Karadayi, PhD, ASA, MAAA, possesses extensive experience in the actuarial field, currently serving as the VP and CFO of Health Plans at CareSource. Previously, Enver held various leadership positions at Centene Corporation, including Vice President of Medicaid Actuarial Services and Vice President of Actuarial Services for Medicaid. Enver also contributed to WellCare Health Plans as Vice President and held several roles including Senior Director and Director of Actuarial Services. Earlier career experience includes a managerial position at Aetna. Enver earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Mathematics from the University of South Florida between 2003 and 2010.
