Erin Brigham-Gray, MPH, CPHQ, is a Senior Director of Quality Improvement at CareSource, with experience in population health strategy and clinical transformation. Since joining CareSource in 2011, Erin has held various leadership roles, focusing on improving community health outcomes through analytics, innovative strategies, and alignment with NCQA guidelines. Prior to CareSource, Erin served as a Research Coordinator at Wright State University, where grant writing and collaboration to reduce health disparities were key responsibilities. Additional roles include HR Partner at Kettering Health Network and Patient Access Supervisor at Dayton Children's Medical Center. Erin holds a Master of Public Health from Wright State University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Health Administration at Franklin University.
