Ginger Brennan, CEBS, is a Principal at GB Advisory and an Independent Board Director, specializing in retirement plan recordkeeping, fiduciary oversight, and strategic business planning. Previously, they served as the Head of Multiple Employer Solutions at Voya Financial, where they launched a retirement plan market that achieved $1 billion in sales within the first year. They held roles as Senior Vice President at ING U.S. and as Head of ABA Retirement Funds, overseeing significant assets and leading teams to enhance operational efficiency. Currently, they contribute their expertise as a board member at CareSource and National Braille Press while pursuing further education at prestigious institutions including Harvard T.H.
