James Dillon has over 25 years of experience in IT service management and support. Currently serving as a ServiceNow Engineer, Privacy Manager, and Privacy Specialist at CareSource since February 2015, James brings extensive expertise in privacy and IT service management. Prior to CareSource, James held various roles at Reed Elsevier from 2008 to 2014, including IT Service Desk Manager, where significant advancements were made in global support models and customer satisfaction. James also worked as a Process Manager to enhance operations across multiple international teams. Earlier in a 10-year tenure at LexisNexis, James was the Technical Lead and Supervisor for Desktop Support, overseeing infrastructure and application support for over 5,000 employees. James has a strong background in process improvement, team leadership, and customer service excellence, supported by education from Sinclair Community College.
