Jennifer Dougherty

As CareSource’s leader of Human Resources, Jennifer establishes the human capital strategies for the organization. She is dedicated to attracting and developing top talent in the industry to support the organization’s aggressive growth strategy as well as creating a culture to retain employees in an environment where they will thrive to achieve business goals. Jennifer continues her commitment to Diversity & Inclusion efforts as the Executive Sponsor focused on building a sustainable culture of equity and inclusion.

Jennifer has more than 20 years of human resources experience including demonstrated expertise in leading organizational transformation and change management in executive roles at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey as well as Aramark. She holds bachelor degrees in both public relations and communications from Shippensburg University in Pennsylvania. Jennifer is avidly involved in volunteerism with the American Red Cross and actively supports the American Heart Association.
