Jesse Reed

Jesse Reed is an experienced professional in the field of life services and workforce development, currently serving as the Director of Life Services Ohio at CareSource since April 2015. In this role, Jesse leads a statewide department focused on providing life coaching and resource connections to support low-income individuals in achieving education and employment goals. Previous positions held include Manager of JobConnect Ohio, Team Lead for Life Services, and Life Coach at CareSource, where initial contributions were instrumental in developing the Life Services pilot program. Earlier career experience includes roles such as Behavior Support Specialist, Service and Support Administrator, and Community Support Specialist at the Montgomery County Board of Developmental Disability Services, as well as a Residential Specialist at CHOICES IN COMMUNITY LIVING INC. Jesse Reed earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Miami University.
