Jessica Kottwitz

Jessica Kottwitz has extensive experience in healthcare operations and administration, having held key leadership roles at various organizations. At Common Ground Healthcare Cooperative, Jessica served as Vice President of Operations and Chief Administrative Officer, overseeing administrative insurance operations and contributing to the strategic plan. Currently, as Vice President of Operations for the Wisconsin Market at CareSource, Jessica continues to leverage expertise in operational management. Previously, Jessica worked at WPS Health Solutions, where numerous positions included Implementation Director, Director of Commercial Operations & Client Support, Senior Director of Payer Technology Solutions & Enterprise Quality Assurance, and Senior Director of System Optimization & Quality Assurance. In these roles, Jessica directed large teams, managed major projects, and engaged in vendor negotiations and financial analysis. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
