Juannlia Brown, MScM, is currently the Manager of Pharmacy Knowledge Management and Quality at CareSource, where they lead initiatives to uphold knowledge management standards and oversee curriculum development for the RXInnovations staff. With over 18 years of experience in the call center and health industry, Juannlia has a proven track record as a leader, having managed teams across multiple states and cultivated productive relationships with members and staff alike. They hold a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. Juannlia's energetic approach focuses on employee morale and sustaining high member satisfaction.
