Kasha Januszewski

Kasha Januszewski is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in case management and clinical leadership. Currently serving as the Team Lead Case Management at CareSource since December 2019, Kasha provides direction, training, and support to case management staff while managing referrals and facilitating cost-effective service utilization. Previous roles include Clinical Manager at Southwest General Health Center and Interim HealthCare, where responsibilities encompassed patient care coordination, compliance with regulatory standards, and quality assurance monitoring. Kasha also served as a Telephonic Case Manager at Aetna and a Case Manager at the Visiting Nurse Association of Ohio. Kasha holds a Master’s degree in Registered Nursing from Purdue University, a BSN from Chamberlain University, and an Associate's degree in Applied Sciences in Nursing from Cuyahoga Community College.
