Currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Common Ground Healthcare Cooperative, Lori demonstrates a commitment to fostering positive organizational cultures and enhancing employee experiences. Previously, Lori held key roles at organizations such as Quartz Health Solutions, where they transitioned HR to a strategic model, and Genus, where they led a comprehensive occupational health and safety strategy across multiple countries.
