Melissa Diaz, PhD, BCBA-D, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis and 20 years of diverse experience in the field. They have served in various roles including Clinical Supervisor, Behavior Analyst, and Adjunct Faculty Instructor, currently teaching at both Purdue University Global and Simmons University. As the 2022 president of the Kentucky Association of Behavior Analysis (KYABA), Melissa advocates for values-based services and increasing access to care in the community. They are recognized for their leadership in establishing an Early Intervention Clinic and training staff to support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and developmental disabilities.
