Michael Fantoni

Michael Fantoni has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, currently serving as the Head of National Networks & Provider Engagement and Senior Vice President of National Provider Networks at CareSource since May 2021. Prior to this, Michael held roles in network development and contracting at Molina Healthcare from March 2020 to May 2021, and managed provider networks at AmeriHealth Caritas from April 2016 to March 2020. An independent consultant from January 2014 to April 2016, Michael offered specialized services in managed care. Michael's previous experience also includes serving as Vice President of Network Strategy at UnitedHealthcare from 2009 to 2013 and as Executive Director and Vice President of Network Development at Unison Health Plan of Pennsylvania between 2006 and 2009.
