Michele Goode has extensive experience in claims management and data analysis within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Claims Management Analyst III and Team Lead for Claims eBusiness at CareSource, Michele oversees the management of eBusiness projects and ensures compliance with service level agreements. Before CareSource, Michele held positions at Evolent Health as an Encounters Analyst and at ZirMed, progressing through roles including Senior EDI Operations Analyst and RMA Team Lead. Earlier career experiences include account management at Homecare Homebase and technical support roles at Yum! Brands and as a self-employed computer technician. Education includes completion of coursework at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers and a high school diploma in Accounting from Doss High School.
