Nancy Tarvin

Nancy Tarvin has extensive experience in IT management, currently serving as the Director of IT Release Management & Test Data Management at CareSource since January 2012, overseeing Enterprise Release Management, Test Data Management, and Testing Tools. Previously, Nancy established the Release Management function at CareSource, achieving a significant increase in Gartner maturity level within the first year, and managed a $15M IT portfolio, successfully delivering 42 out of 43 initiatives. Prior experiences include leading a high-performing Project Management team and serving as the Director of Information Technology at The Ohio Masonic Home, where Nancy managed statewide IT operations and implemented critical software solutions. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Leadership from Urbana University, completed in 2011.
