Patrick Stephan

Patrick Stephan is a Vice President Government Relations at CareSource since March 2019. Prior to this role, Patrick served as Deputy Director at Ohio Department of Medicaid from 2014 to March 2019, where Patrick had comprehensive responsibility for Ohio's Medicaid Managed Care program. With experience in overseeing various Medicaid programs and operations, including those at County of Summit Developmental Disabilities Board and Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities, Patrick has a strong background in ensuring state and federal compliance, staff management, and budget oversight. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from Ohio University and a Master's in Public Administration from The University of Akron.
