Paul Happe

Paul Happe is a results-oriented finance leader with extensive experience in financial and portfolio management. They have held various roles, including Senior Director of Finance at CareSource and Assistant Capital Controller at UnitedHealthcare, where they led high-performing teams and executed strategic initiatives. Prior to these positions, Paul supported multiple departments at Wells Fargo and analyzed performance for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota. They are currently pursuing an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management while completing a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Notre Dame.
