Paula da Silva

Paula Da Silva is an experienced Instructional Designer and training specialist with a robust background in employee development across several organizations. Currently serving as an Instructional Designer II at CareSource since August 2022, Paula previously held the same title at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey from October 2018 to May 2022. Prior to that, Paula worked as a Senior Training Specialist at Investors Bank from December 2014 to October 2018, focusing on developing employees through various training materials while fostering a positive learning environment. Additionally, Paula spent nearly two decades at Sovereign Bank/Santander, starting as an Assistant Manager and progressing to Network Learning & Organizational Development Facilitator, where responsibilities included coaching team members and delivering tailored training programs. Paula holds a degree in Social Science from Ramapo College of New Jersey, earned over a long academic tenure from 1997 to 2007.
