Workforce Analyst II

Peggy Call is a seasoned workforce analyst with extensive experience in workforce management and contact center operations. Currently serving as Workforce Analyst II at CareSource since January 2020, Peggy previously held the position of Senior Workforce Management Analyst at Assurant from November 2013 to January 2020 and worked as Contact Center Operations Supervisor at Red Roof Inn from May 2009 to November 2013. In these roles, responsibilities included compiling team reports, coaching agents, handling escalated calls, supervising a team of over 20 reservation agents, maintaining performance standards, assisting in hiring and training, and communicating with senior management on various operational issues. Peggy also designed and published a monthly Contact Center Newsletter and oversaw employee recognition initiatives to enhance team morale. Peggy attended Ohio University from 1984 to 1985.
