Ron Sotak

Ron Sotak is an experienced professional in sales and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Internal Sales at CareSource since December 2012, where responsibilities include building the marketing intelligence department and implementing competitive analysis tools. Prior to this, Ron established a consulting practice focused on improving sales and operational efficiency for small to mid-sized organizations and held various leadership roles in sales and marketing, notably at GBprotect and Cadamier Network Security Corporation. With a strong foundation in operations from previous roles at Dewolff, Boberg, Associates and JEVIC Transportation, Ron has a proven track record of enhancing organizational efficiency and driving sales growth.
