Shannon Walters

Shannon Walters, PHR, is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a background in recruitment and human resources. Shannon has worked in various roles, including as a Recruiter for Global Operations at NuVasive from July 2017 to February 2019, where the focus was on innovative medical devices for spine surgery. Prior to that, Shannon was an HR Specialist at Ameritas, providing support in talent management and project work, and served as a Recruiter/Trainer at Community First Solutions, building candidate pipelines through social media and professional associations. From February 2019 to April 2020, Shannon acted as an Internal Talent Advisor at Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann Company, and is currently a Talent Acquisition Partner at CareSource. Shannon holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati, completed in 2006.
