Stacy Burns, JD, currently serves as the Manager of Customer Care at CareSource, a position held since April 2019, having previously held roles as Team Lead in both Customer Care Training Delivery and Customer Care. Prior to CareSource, Stacy spent over 15 years at LexisNexis, where responsibilities included serving as a Reference Attorney and Product Specialist, Training/Knowledge Management Specialist, Reference Attorney (Senior Legal Research Consultant), and Acting Manager of Customer Support. Throughout this tenure, Stacy developed expertise in legal research, training delivery, and customer satisfaction improvement strategies. Stacy holds a Juris Doctor degree in International Law from Cooley Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of South Florida.
