Susan C. Hauer

Susan C. Hauer has over two decades of experience in provider services and customer advocacy, currently serving as Team Leader in Provider Services at CareSource since 2016. Previously, Susan held various roles at LexisNexis, including Credentialing Manager and Security/Credentialing Experience Manager, where responsibilities included improving credentialing processes and enhancing customer experience. Additionally, Susan has experience as a Customer Support Manager, overseeing a call center with approximately 25 direct reports and focusing on performance management and productivity improvements. Susan holds a degree in Paralegal Studies from Sinclair Community College and has attended Antioch University Midwest.
