Terri Entzi

Terri Entzi, MBA, LSW, currently serves as the Director of LTSS at CareSource, where they lead initiatives focused on positive member outcomes and regulatory compliance. They have extensive experience in Medicaid, case management, and quality improvement, having previously held roles such as Director of Integrated Care LTSS and Director of Social Services at Ivy Woods Manor. Terri began their career at Valley Counseling Services, Inc. as a social worker and case manager, and they earned their MBA from Ohio University.
