Tim West

Tim West is an experienced professional in software development and project management, currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master at CareSource since May 2017. With a career spanning over three decades, Tim has held various leadership roles, including Scrum Master and Senior Product Development Manager at Paycor, System Development Manager at Medpace, and Application Development Manager/Scrum Master at Resurgent Capital Services. Tim's expertise includes overseeing teams of developers, managing enterprise-level system designs, and providing mentorship and training. Tim’s earlier experience as a Senior Consultant at Whittman-Hart/marchFIRST and Origin Technology in Business involved leading teams in custom application development and restoring client confidence.
