Tonya Frank

Tonya Frank has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as a Business Strategy Lead at CareSource since February 2015. Her previous roles at CareSource include Clinical Excellence and Process Improvement Specialist, Manager of Quality Initiatives in the Ohio Market, Manager of Care4U in the South Region, and Team Lead in Medical Management. Prior to CareSource, Tonya worked at the Area Agency on Aging, PSA 2, as a PASSPORT Clinical Supervisor RN, where responsibilities included supervising, educating, and supporting clinical staff as well as managing report monitoring and service utilization reviews. Tonya's earlier experience includes serving as a Director of Nursing at BlueGreen Home Health and specializing in critical care nursing in various hospitals from 2004 to 2009. Tonya holds an Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) from Rhodes State College, obtained between 2001 and 2004.
