Vicki McDonald

Vicki McDonald, APR, currently serves as the Director of Media Relations at CareSource since January 2025. Prior to this role, Vicki held the position of Director, Communications and Media Relations at JumpStart Inc. from May 2019 to December 2024. Vicki's experience in corporate communications includes a tenure at Cleveland Clinic from September 2015 to May 2019 and as Director of Communications for Holden Forests & Gardens from March 2013 to September 2015. Earlier in Vicki's career, positions included Marketing Manager at Cleveland Institute of Music and Business Development Representative at Adalet. Vicki began professional experience as a Marketing Coordinator at Publications International. Vicki holds a Master’s degree in English from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Art History and English from The University of Toledo.
