Michael Boxer

Michael Boxer is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in operational management, venture capital, and private equity. As the Chief Strategy Officer and Co-Founder of RightSite Health, Michael leads initiatives to minimize avoidable emergency department visits through effective member coordination. In addition, Michael serves as a Partner at The Enterprise Group, Ltd, providing strategic investment and advisory services to middle-market healthcare companies. Current board memberships include CareSpot Urgent Care, Clever Care Health Plan, and GI Scientific LLC, where Michael contributes to governance and compliance oversight. Michael's previous roles include Chairman of Sightpath Medical, Board Member at American Renal Associates, Versant Health, and Remedi SeniorCare. Michael holds a BS in Business Administration from Colorado State University, an Executive Education certificate from Harvard Business School, and is an alumnus of The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
