With a foundation in clinical dentistry from the University of Pennsylvania, Mike has contributed to numerous healthcare ventures, including Affinity Dental Management and Beacon Oral Specialists. Over the past 15 years, Mike has led DSO management consulting at Pento Dental Advisors, driving growth initiatives across diverse healthcare markets.
