Jerome Nolte

Jerome Nolte is the current Senior Director of Engineering at CareStarter. Prior to that, they were the Leadspace Senior Director of Product Development, responsible for the technical transition and migration of applications and customers to the Leadspace CDP (Customer Data Platform) following the acquisition of ReachForce.

Jerome's career began at UBS Investment Bank as a Senior Database Architect and Senior Software Engineer from September 2004 to February 2008. Jerome then became the owner of Glamajama, LLC from March 2003 to July 2009 before joining ReachForce as their Senior Director of Software Development in February 2008.

At ReachForce, Jerome was a product leader and technical architect responsible for managing the development of SaaS based subscription products focused on cleansing, validating, enriching, deduping, and unifying B2B marketing data. Jerome successfully managed all aspects of project lifecycles with competing corporate priorities and shared resources while increasing customer delight and reducing customer churn. Jerome engaged with customers like American Express, GE, NetApp, Teradata, and Marketo to understand their unique challenges and craft solutions built on our big data MDM platform.

Jerome Nolte's educational career includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the Texas McCombs School of Business, with a focus in Management Information Systems. Jerome is also certified by Amazon Web Services (AWS) as an AWS Certified Developer - Associate, and an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate. Additionally, they hold certifications from Oracle as an Oracle Certified Professional Database Administrator - Oracle8i and an Oracle Certified Professional Database Administrator - Oracle9i.
