David Cranks has over 25 years of experience in tax management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Indirect Taxes at Carestream Health, Inc. since May 2007. In this role, David oversees various aspects of global indirect tax compliance, including VAT, property taxes, and medical device excise tax, while also focusing on strategic planning for new products and M&A due diligence. Prior to Carestream Health, David held the position of Tax Audit Manager at the Florida Department of Revenue, managing audits for various tax types and contributing to dispute resolution. David's experience also includes a role as Sales & Use Tax Manager at Eastman Kodak Co. and Senior Manager in the SALT Practice at KPMG LLP. David holds a Master of Accounting from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Barry University.
