Keith Call

Keith Call is an experienced leader in operations and shared services, currently serving as the Director of Global Shared Services at Carestream Health since January 2011. Prior to this role, Keith held the position of National Deputy Director of Operations at Vangent, Inc., where oversight was provided for six call centers during the 2010 National Census, managing a team of approximately 4,500 associates across multiple states. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Operations at ADP, Call Center Service Relations Manager at EDS, and Call Center Manager at Franklin Covey Co. Keith earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Utah between 1990 and 1994.
