Kent Struble has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Kent worked at Control Data Corporation from 1980 to 1987 as a Manager of Software Development, overseeing a team of developers and ensuring the functionality of a Computer-Aided Design application. From 1987 to 1996, they joined 3M, serving as a New Product Development Specialist, leading cross-functional teams and obtaining multiple patents for infusion pumps and film development. Kent then worked at Imation from 1996 to 1997 as a Senior Service Engineer, where they managed a Service Engineering team, provided training, and supported a new product launch. In 1998, Kent joined Eastman Kodak as a Lead Engineer/Senior Development and also worked at Kodak Health Group as a Lead Engineer until 2007. Kent currently holds the position of Principal Engineer Research & Development at Carestream Health since 2007 and retired in June 2019.
Kent Struble completed their MBA in Technology Management from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business in 1998. Prior to that, they obtained their Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota in 1984.
