Michael LaLena is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in innovation and technology, currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at Carestream Health. Previously, they held various roles at Carestream, including Software Project Lead and User Experience Manager, where they enhanced the Common Platform architecture and established cybersecurity controls. Earlier in their career, Michael worked as a Sr. Software Engineer at ABB and contributed significantly to the development of medical imaging products at Eastman Kodak. Additionally, they have lectured on Risk Management for Information Security at the Rochester Institute of Technology and hold multiple advanced degrees from the same institution.
