Benjamin Botting is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engagement planning, creative design, and marketing across various industries. Currently serving as the Engagement Planning and Delivery Lead at CareSuper since January 2022, Benjamin focuses on member acquisition, retention, and engagement, collaborating with senior leadership to deliver compelling campaigns. Prior to this role, Benjamin held positions such as Marketing Delivery Coordinator at CareSuper and Senior Account Manager at Thirst Creative, managing relationships with major clients. With a background in the arts as a Creative Director for The Lost Buoys and Boom Studios, Benjamin has also contributed significantly to projects for notable organizations, while previously gaining experience as a Senior Design Manager at FormRite Australia and Product Designer at ExpressRx.
