Debbie Curtis

Debbie Curtis is a seasoned professional in health and social care operational and strategic management. They served as the Executive Director of Operations at Southernhealth NHS Foundation Trust from 2017 to 2019, and held the position of Associate Director for Adult Mental Health and Learning Disabilities at SHFT from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they are the Performance Director at CareTech, a role they have maintained since 2022.
