James Marsh

James Marsh is currently the Group Property Development Director at CareTech Community Services Ltd, a role they have held since 2023. They have been with CareTech since 2007, serving as the Group Projects Manager. Prior to their tenure at CareTech, James worked as a Senior Building Surveyor at Halstead Associates from 1996 to 2007. They hold a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Building Management from Coventry University and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Building Surveying from the University of Luton.
