Lucy Makinson

Lucy Makinson is a Learning and Development Partner at CareTech, currently enhancing training for staff in support of vulnerable children. Previously, they served as the Registered Service Manager for Elite Education and Social Care Services and held the position of Head of Faculty in Religious Studies and PSHE at Essa Foundation Academies Trust. Lucy has significant teaching experience, having coordinated PSHEE and SMSC programs at The Deepings School and led various roles in hospitality and administration. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies from York St. John University.
