Sean King has extensive experience in operations and performance management within community services, currently serving as Head of Operations Community Living and Performance Director for the Adults Division Central at CareTech since September 2014. Prior to this, Sean held the position of Head of Operations at Radian Group Ltd from January 2001 to September 2014 and was Team Manager at the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead from 1995 to January 2002. Earlier in Sean's career, a managerial role was held at Berkshire social services from 1992 to 1995. Sean's educational background includes a DipBM in Business Management from the University of Reading and a Dip SW in Social Work from Reading University.
