Steve Bennett

Steve Bennett currently serves as the Group Executive Director of Human Resources at CareTech since June 2023. Additionally, Bennett is the Owner of Laurisha Limited, providing HR and transformational change consultancy services since October 2016. From May 2017 to July 2024, Bennett held the position of Director at Blue Abyss, focused on creating an international network for extreme environment research and commercial spaceflight preparation. Bennett also served as a Non-Executive Director at ESSEX CARES LIMITED from April 2021 to March 2024, and as Human Resources Director at Norwood from October 2021 to June 2023, where the focus was on not-for-profit services for individuals with learning disabilities and autism. Bennett holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Greenwich, awarded in January 1980.
