Founders Katherine Doré OBE and Karen Edwards are both parents to teenage autistic sons and passionately believe in the development and potential of young adults. The organization exists to provide support and change the lives of young people who would like the opportunity to play an active role in their community.

We strives to improve the life chances of school leavers and adults by creating inspirational and sustainable opportunities that will help them achieve their potential and be as independent as possible.
