Daniel Robidoux

Daniel Robidoux has over 7 years of work experience in the software engineering and IT support fields. Daniel began their career in 2013 as a Desktop Support Intern at Atrion Networking Corporation, where they provided technical support for a wide range of technologies and worked hands-on with employees to troubleshoot computer related issues. Daniel then moved on to become a Network Associate at the same company, where they provided weekly regular maintenance to employees' laptops. In 2014, they joined Perthera as a Software Developer, where they developed internal and external web portals using the Vaadin framework written primarily in Java and styled portals with HTML and CSS to create intricate web layouts that present interactive and easy to use user interfaces. Daniel also utilized MySQL databases in the form of AWS Hipaa Compliant RDS instances to read, write, and update data, maintained Linux based servers in the AWS cloud to deploy Java applications using Tomcat, and troubleshot, debugged, and optimized existing Java code to improve the experiences of users. In 2018, they joined careviso (Formerly CMT Solutions) as a Senior Software Engineer.

Daniel Robidoux attended Rhode Island College from 2009 to 2010, before transferring to the University of Rhode Island where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science in 2013. Daniel also holds an AWS Certified Developer - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services.
